/ Plus two / Twelveth results released on 14 May 2007 / 11:00
AM. This year about 5,62,710 students from Tamil Nadu and Pondichery
took their class 12 government examinations in 1,626 centres
from March 1 to 21. Compared to last year, this year 35,605
more are writing the exams, out of which 2,70,515 are male and
2,92,195 are female.

Thursday, 24 May 2007 - In the Standard
XII examination results for Chennai and Ajmer regions, released
on Wednesday, many CBSE students are almost on a par with State
Board students when it comes to the critical cut-off marks.
The Chennai region comprises Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka,
Kerala, Maharashtra, Pondicherry and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

X - Results 2007
Tuesday, 29 May 2007 - Tamil Nadu schools have put up
an impressive performance in this year's CBSE Class X examination,
the results of which were declared on Monday. The Chennai region
and Ajmer regions were the first to declare results among the
six CBSE zones in the country. The results of four more regions
will be out on Tuesday. Out of 13,492 students, who appeared
for the March examination, 13,253 students notched success:
an overwhelming 98.23 per cent.

Friday, 01 June 2007 - Girls recorded a higher pass
percentage than boys in all four streams (SSLC, Matriculation,
Anglo Indian and OSLC) of the Class Ten examinations held in
March.
